We visited this hotel for the second time and everything was great agn. Breakfast was rich and lots of stuff to choose from. The hotel is super close to the highway which is nice for getting around. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Plus there's a huge shopping center nearby, cool.
the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking so i didn't sleep too well and there were some power failures on the first night, annoying.

The room was quiet, high standard for loading phones etc, we appreciated it. The location was brilliant: shopping centers and a supermarket were within walking distance. There was a GOOD restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

The rooms are huge and new-fashioned, with a refrigerator, air conditioner, and a personal safe. The location is brilliant, the check in is quick. All in all they offer good service.

The location's remoteness limits immediate attractions. It's beneficial only for car travelers. Issues arose with the hot water on arrival, which took over two hours to address, impacting the overall experience. The mattress felt overly soft, compromising sleep quality, and noise from nearby doors could be disturbing. City tax of €2 was charged unexpectedly on checkout, along with overpriced in-fridge drinks since no other options were available post 23:00.

the service was very good, totally satisfied. it was really close to close from verona, other areas, and the lake of garda, amazing location overall. it also was to local stone-producing factories.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were polite, especially Ioana and Veswa, who were always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast had a variety of tasty food options that were well-organized. Guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the highway.
The mattress was a bit too soft, affecting my sleep quality.
